Start by booking an appointment with us to discuss your project. During this session, we will address all your queries, understand your requirements, and provide insights into the process. 

Following the acceptance of terms, and sending the requirements needed. An invoice will be generated, detailing the agreed-upon services and the 50% upfront fee requirement. Payment is expected before the commencement of the design phase and securing slot on the calendar. 

This involves the creative process of crafting and refining the elements of your book according to the availed services and discussed specifications. 

Upon receiving the final payment, the working files of the book will be promptly sent to you. These files serve as your backup, ensuring you have complete access to the designed elements of your book. All the files will be sent to the Author via WeTransfer praisesaflor.wetransfer.com.

Once you are satisfied with the consultation, and we've mutually agreed on the terms, timeline, and quotation, you'll proceed to accept the terms. You may sign our service contract. This signifies your commitment to the collaboration.

The next step involves sending instructions to you via email at psaflordesigns@gmail.com. You will receive the Form and the Book Design Checklist outlining the required materials. Once completed, please send the files through WeTransfer, a GoogleDrive link, or Dropbox. We will review all the files and send you aconfirmation message. 

Once the book design is completed and approved, the final invoice will be issued, covering the remaining 50% of the project fee. This invoice must be settled to received the source/working files. 

With the working files delivered, the project is considered complete.
You now have a professionally designed book ready for the nextsteps, whether it's publishing, printing,
or any other intended use.
